The door is locked during play, but there is an emergency exit button if you feel claustrophobic or need to leave at any time.

No. When you book a room, it's private for your group only. We don't add players from other bookings.

We recommend a minimum age of 12. Players under 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult. Hostel is 16+ (under 18s must be with an adult). Vandemic is 14+ (under 16 must be with an adult).

2 players £26 each, 3 players £24 each, 4 players £22 each, 5 players £20 each, 6 players £18 each, 7 players £18 each. £20 deposit per room at booking. Balance payable in cash on arrival.

All bookings must be made in advance online. Bookings close 90 minutes before the game start time.

Our games are live events and cannot be cancelled. If you contact us at least 7 days in advance, we can change the date. We also offer optional insurance (small fee) for date/time changes up to 2 hours before the game.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your session for briefing and introduction.

Yes, but there is a maximum of 7 people per game. You will need to pay the difference for extra players when you arrive. Contact us in advance if you plan to add players.

Our games are live events, so we cannot guarantee you will be able to play if you arrive late. We are unable to provide refunds in this situation. Please allow extra time for travel.

Yes. All our games are suitable for team-building events – teamwork is key to escaping within 60 minutes. Contact us to discuss group bookings and multiple rooms.

Most of our rooms are accessible. A wheelchair should fit in all rooms except Vandemic.

Over 50% of our staff are fluent Welsh speakers. They can greet you, present your story and give clues in Welsh. This depends on staff availability.
